Hi, I’m Nien :)

Welcome lil’bean!

My name is Nienke, you can call me Nien! I am the founder of CosyNien and gladly welcome you to my cosy, soft world.

I am living in the Netherlands, with one of these unpronounceable names. To say Nien, say Bean, but instead of the ‘B’, there is an ‘N’.

Over the years, I have dabbled in many hobbies. These endeavours really help me to get out of my head and into my body, especially after some long days working on my PhD thesis.

One of my biggest dreams is to live in a cottage surrounded by nature and cute animals, spending my entire days tufting and painting beautiful pieces for you to enjoy!

The art I share on social media and in my shop ranges from paintings to tufted rugs inspired by the three F’s: flora, fauna, and fantasy. I hope my art inspires you and you find the perfect, cosy piece for your (friend’s/partner’s/family’s) home.
