All orders are shipped with PostNL and include a tracking number. You'll receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Stock items — shipped within 7 business days after payment (unless mentioned otherwise in the product description)
Custom orders — shipped within 2 weeks after you've approved the final result

Letterbox parcel (small items like keychains & coasters) — from €4,90
Small package (rugs, wall art & larger items) — from €7,00
Rest of Europe
Letterbox parcel — from €10,00 (exact rate shown at checkout)
Small package — from €11,00 (exact rate shown at checkout)
Shipping costs are always clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact me at info@cosynien.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable). I'll make sure to sort it out for you.
Returns
Stock items
You have the right to return stock items within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
How to return:
Email info@cosynien.com within 14 days of receipt
Include your name and order number
I'll confirm your return and share the return address
Send the item back in its original, undamaged condition — return shipping costs are at your expense
Once I receive the item, I'll refund your full purchase price, including original shipping costs, within 14 days

Custom orders
Custom-made items cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you. After placing a custom order, you'll have the chance to approve the final result before it's shipped.
Workshops
Workshop cancellations made 7 or more days before the date are fully refunded. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable because materials have already been purchased in preparation.
